About Our Baby Back Ribs:
Our ribs, imported from Denmark, are the highest grade available and are selected by age, weight, and meat content. Ribs, like people, vary in size and shape. We try very hard to make each portion correct in weight even though they may visually vary in size and shape.
About Our Smoked Meats:
Our unique slow smoking and cooking process tends to leave our Ribs, Chicken, Pork, and Beef pinkish or reddish in color, even though they are completely and thoroughly cooked. When you see this coloring, know that it enhances the flavor of our meats and is why they taste so good.

HOW IT STARTED!
R ob Scruby has been serving up South Florida’s favorite BBQ classics for over 35 years! After many years of working at a popular BBQ chain, in 1995 Rob and his wife Mary decided to take all they had learned and open their own barbecue restaurant, establishing themselves as a staple of South Florida cuisine. Over the years, we’ve seen a few changes here and there but still at the heart of everything we do is our mission to serve up the very best BBQ and to treat every person who comes in our doors as part of the family!
